We went for lunch yesterday. Excellent service. Had fried green beans , yummy. We both had fried shrimp.platter, shrimp were good , perfectly cooked . Hush puppies are melt.in your mouth.
Great food. The Shrimp Chowder was crazy good. The Patty Melt was one of the best I have had.

We discovered Shempy's a while back and really enjoyed our first visit. The temps were in the '80's today, so we rode the Trike to Rockport for lunch. Shempy's was the choice and it was great again. Selena and I both had the Popcorn Shrimp Bait Bucket and a side of Cole Slaw. Everything came out fast, hot, and deelish. We enjoyed a beverage from the package store, next door, to round it out. We even left a tattered SnK Wildlife Reserve cap for a place of honor with the other caps. We're definitely looking forward to going ba... read more
