Apparently for a large party (8) you should call first and make a reservations. That was the first question the hostess rudely asked us. The waiter started out fine but then I think crumbled under the weight of all his tables and became very harried trying to keep. Also I didn't see a sign that states such but for a large party gratuity is added to your order. Ours to the tune of a whopping $32! We gave it one more shot before leaving tomorrow and it was excellent the service was excellent the bartenders were excellent and the food was hot we will put it back on the list
We had Drew serving us out on the patio. Food was great, Drew was great. I can't speak for the rest of the place, but Drew did a great job helping me make my girlfriend's birthday dinner very enjoyable.
We had the best experience here! We had the most polite waiter ever! And the food was amazing! Will definitely be sure to come back next time we visit!
Service was the worst ever. Took about 25 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered and about an hour to get our food. Was hoping the food would make up for it...sorry...
Well, you said you couldn't wait to serve us but all evidence was to the contrary. Even after calling ahead, you refuse to push an extra chair to a table to accommodate 5? Really? Your hostess was rude and unaccommodating. You've lost quite a large party tonight, and we will never, ever, ever be back again. Thanks for "almost" ruining our 11th anniversary and a celebration of cancer survival. Fortunately, we have been accommodated quite well at RB's.
Always a go to spot when we're in town. Service and food never disappoints, cheers!
