Dr. Shelnutt is an amazing doctor. Very compassionate, & has a true love of babies & truly desires to meet the specific needs of each patient. However, the receptionist desk needs a significant amount of work. You can't have a team of amazing nurses & a wonderful doctor like Dr. Shelnutt, but have an uncaring, unengaged, & rude receptionist.
