I am sitting in the living room of our new house right now because of Shelly! I know that she was key in our offer being accepted (out of over 15 competing offers!). We were living out of state and she was so quick to go to a new property we were interested in to give us a video tour of the home and property. When we had any problems arise she would got to bat for us and make everything work. She was exactly what we needed. I would recommend her to anyone.
