This provider should be investigated. She blatantly lies on her clinical notes by recording care not given and Fabricating data!! I was told by a staff member on 12/14/23 that the doctor she works under doesn't even see patients with issues of the lower extremities. SO I have to make an appointment with a new provider to discuss possible surgery-the ones who have bad reviews with numerous complaints. There's so much more I could say but, Be warned this lady had me fooled.
