I am service provided and we have to deal with this team a lot. Absolutely amazing team. As a customer usually you need to reach out to a service provided to service.

Working with the team at Sheldon to repair equipment under their warranty is an absolute nightmare! To start off with, it is very difficult to get someone on the phone. If you do actually get to talk to someone, they usually say they have to check on something and call/email you back. You will never get a reply, and it will take you several days to get someone else on the phone again, at which point you have to start over. I appreciated discussing the various types of Anaerobic chambers they offered. However, when it came time to make the purchase, we encountered issues with the quoted price and delivery timeframe. Initially, they provided us with a price, but when I mentioned our need for a liftgate truck due to our flat ground dock, they failed to inform us of any additional costs.
