They ran my credit and my husbands without permission! They kept me waiting in the dealership for three hours on an appraisal with my baby, and I still never saw an official offer. I made it very clear that I would not allow credit to be run until I got an appraisal offer and they did it anyway. Carmax gave me one in 15 minutes...
have to say I was very pleased with my experience to begin with.. Salesman and finance guy stayed in touch for a couple days while we were trying to purchase a used vehicle from online. we live 4 hours away so we were working the deal over the phone and thru text and calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing vehicle here! We consider ourselves a Jeep family. My husband and I have owned multiple Jeeps over the years, and our adult son continues to purchase Jeeps as well. The used car lot next to Arby’s provides poor, dishonest service!
Very dishonest man named Herb Webster, that is supposedly the manager, will tell lie after lie to get a sale. Herb sold us a Jetta for my 16 yr old son this past week. There were a few issues that were to be fixed, but we were promised before we paid that they would be taken care of and were calculated into the final cost. We got a call the next day saying the compressor for the AC was out and he assured my husband it would be fixed and included in the price previously agreed upon.
