The office is comfortable with great reading material everytime I am in the office. The chairs are comfortable. I am greeted by name on each visit. The whole staff is courteous, polite, friendly up to and including the dentist, Dr. Zekonis (female). She is gentle and is not excessively rough when she does my cleaning. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in.
I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.
Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.
