Shelby Cupolo Hodges was an amazing realtor who helped me and my husband find the perfect house! We got married in the same month so life was very hectic and she made it work! She was on top of things all the time and showed us a great deal of properties. She was always available to answer any questions and guided us smoothly through the entire process! I would recommend her without a doubt! She gives the best closing gifts too and is very thoughtful :)
We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Shelby. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge and big expectations! She showed us so many houses until we found "the one". When I decided to buy in St. Augustine, I started looking at properties. The realtors were wasting my time. Either they embellished the truth or had very little knowledge of what I was looking for. My wife and I had opposing ideas regarding our next home. Shelby did an excellent job catering to both, very different expectations. She listened extremely well and always considered our budget.
