Stay Away The office staff are idiots. They look for any reason to charge you a fee.The water bills are super high. I average about $85 a month. Maintenance takes forever to come out and they are never prepared. The place is not safe. Someone near me was robbed several weeks ago. The gate is a joke and many people park outside the gate only to tail you when you enter. There is no security, and apparently they think brighter lights will stop the theft that is going on here. It's Alright It was a good place to live for a year that was close enough to walk to my work place.
Thumbs up!! Being a new mom things seemed overwhelming at times. I THANK GOD that I was able to find an apartment that fits me. The ladies at the leasing office are always helpful and understanding, as well. I love the location. Great food in the area and it's not far if you wanted to enjoy some shopping with the family.
My home life(Sheffield ) This is my home away from. When I move from the family nest. These apt felt like home. This is my first apt and have been here 2 years,well kept very quiet where I am at couldn't feel more comfortable next place to be when u not at the family nest
Sheffield square the office personnel are great.they just put in a dog park, we have a single car wash and laundry facilities, workout room the maintenance is great such a quiet neighborhood and the people that live here are great.easy access to Dfw and Dallas and Fort Worth just off i20 close to restaurants and stores
Sheffield Square Overall, Sheffield square has been a great place to live. Comfortable environment with two pools, a new dog park, and enough parking for everyone to come visit! It's located right off of I-20 and adjacent to Geroge Bush Tollway and highway 360 so it makes it extremely easy for your commute to anywhere in the metroplex. The valet trash pickup and high ceilings make this complex one that you will thoroughly enjoy!
