Maintenance I have had several maintenance issues recently and Sam and Zach have been amazing. Quick,courteous! They have gone out of their way to handle any issues I've had,work was done quickly. Can't say enough about maintenence crew as well as everyone in the office! Great place to live!
Complex from Hell!!!! Do not waste your time or money at this complex! Communication here is None!!! I put a work order in July 1 and yet have someone to come fix my kitchen sink, disposal, and dishwasher! Car towed off as we were not told to register our car. I have to give them a 1 star but they deserve -50!
RUN Disgusting..insects galore despite being charged for extermination..property grounds always dirty and trash everywhere that never seems to be picked up..trash service is a joke…outdated..parking is a nightmare and management couldn’t care less. Problems are never addressed and when you try to talk to them, instead of being empathetic and helpful, they get nasty and defensive. I could go on and on but you get the point…I so regret my decision and CAN NOT wait til my lease is up!
tour They were very kind and attentive in the leasing office. I only went for a tour of a 2Bd / 2bth. The unit is nice but not worth the rent for the size . Very low ceilings . Living room is smaller than dining area . Bedrooms are not a nice size . Best part you get a lot of closet / storage space. As soon as i walked in there was a roach on the floor. Home sweet home I took a chance and called the office to inquire about a two bedroom and Karen the manager was so personable and forthcoming with information. She immediately let me know what was available and now i happy to say I will soon be calling this my new home.

Save your self Terrible!!!!! They do not take care of tenants at all. My bathroom has not been fixed since I’ve moved here and I’ve even took to complain to someone higher up, issue still isn’t resolved. Whatever you do please look somewhere else to live this place is horrible. Roaches LOTS of roaches, you can hear people outside your window, one night there was 2 trash bags dumped all down the stairs, Maintaince doesn’t do anything. Just spare yourself!
