DO NOT MOVE HERE if I could give zero stars I would DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The community is dirty , there are bugs in the units, gates and key fobs are always broken!! My current neighbor about me is allowing their dog to pee on the balcony and it is splashing all over my balcony and management has done absolutely nothing !!!!! They never answer the phone either . RUN WHILE YOU CAN DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!

Do Not Lease Here!! I moved out of this complex after 3 years, this property just isn’t worth it! Yes, the location is convenient to everything, but there are rats, bugs, and foundation issues! While living here the only things they did was to change light fixtures and most recently added security systems. What about the cracks in the walls coming down the floor? Would NOT recommend Update: im currently in my last month of my lease and my opinions have changed on this property. These apartments are infested with little rollie pollie bugs, there are many openings in my bathroom between the floor and the wall so there are many ants, rollie pollies and such coming into my unit. The paint around the walls, cabinets, and doors literally peels off so when I clean the walls everything peels right off. Not the best! I have lived here for almost 2 years. The property is nice besides tenant's dog poo all over. Staff is terrible so I am moving out SOON They are the worst I've ever had! Would not recommend! Good luck!!

Not worth your patience Do not lease this apartment if you don’t want to deal with: 1. Long over due maintenance requests - takes a week or two or never. 2. Maintenance team doesn’t have knowledge of how to fix things or doesn’t listen to tenants 3. Swimming pool remain closed for majority of the summer due to city closed it or repairs delayed (it will develop green algae) 4. AC break repeatedly 5. Best Deal in Grand Prairie I move in January everything was so perfect, My Family have enjoyed the nice neighbors , and how safe it feels living here , The Staff really goes out of there way to be sure we are felt like new Family Members not just a tenant , Praise GOD for places like this

DO NOT MOVE HERE The crime at this complex is terrible. Multiple murders have been committed one being as recent as 11/16/2022. Additionally the drug use is horrible. On numerous occasions the smell of weed has come through the floors and made our apartment smell. Also, the quality of the apartments are terrible. I moved in with substantial amounts of mold in my shower that keeps coming back. The parking lots are also littered with trash on a consistent basis.
