Not worth the money. They are always losing or misplacing packages. The roof is in poor condition, I know that because the roof shingles are always flying off in a store. The walls have cracks in them, meaning the foundation is sinking. We been here less than a year and have had to call maintenance numerous times.

Do not apply here. Office people the worst Worst experience ever. Went in to the office paid my deposit and filled out application. I was told I needed a co-signer in which I had them to send over their application and income paid fee. Called 3 times to confirm receipt of co-signer info, only to be told they didn’t receive it. Called the 4th time to confirm spoke with Claudia advise her since taking to long I would like to get my deposit back. Claudia advise she will give me a call right back. Worst apartment experience ever Inconsistent office hours and unreturned messages only add emphasis to the negative experience. You would be better off in a tent that have to deal with the issues looming at Sheffield.

They are the WORST They are the worst. I am only living her two months and already thinking about breaking my contract. They charge you 25 dollars for trash and find all type of things to fine you. Run away and don’t look back.

DONT MOVE HERE This place is has the worst! The worst customer service ever. No one ever answers the phone when go to the office to talk to someone they are never around or understaffed. The rules of the complex are constantly chainging and at time they are tihout notice. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY I have been a resident at Sheffield Square apartment for almost three (3) years now. As a current resident, I advise everyone to please avoid this community. The recent waves of new residents have little regards for living in a peaceful and clean environment. I just witnessed a group of six (6) adult males and females have a twenty-five (25) minute disruptive and very loud confrontation in front of the children's play area. Run Away! Management: 5/10 Residents:4/10 Amenities: 2/10 Parking:4/10 Appliances:3/10 Before I signed my lease, the leasing agent Paula had already started to confuse things. I had submitted my application and also paid all the fees that was necessary to take my apartment off the market. Outrageous Fees / inappropriate billing practices High water bill run nearly 90 dollars a month. Complex has built a marble box(literally)but can't even put a drop box for renters to conveniently pay rent. Unacceptable. They also interpret the lease agreement in a way that makes you have to pay most fees. Office staff are unorganized and only want your money. All these upgrades, dog parks, pools and so on have been paid for by this overly high rent and fees. Not worth it to live here save your money.

Management sucks! It's an ok place. Not the best upkeep in the units, certainly not worth the price. Management will find any reason to charge a few, even before giving a warning. I think they are trying to extort money from residents in order to pay for this weird looking remodeling they have been doing.
