DO NOT MOVE HERE if I could give zero stars I would DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The community is dirty , there are bugs in the units, gates and key fobs are always broken!! My current neighbor about me is allowing their dog to pee on the balcony and it is splashing all over my balcony and management has done absolutely nothing !!!!! They never answer the phone either . RUN WHILE YOU CAN DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!

Not worth your patience Do not lease this apartment if you don’t want to deal with: 1. Long over due maintenance requests - takes a week or two or never. 2. Maintenance team doesn’t have knowledge of how to fix things or doesn’t listen to tenants 3. Swimming pool remain closed for majority of the summer due to city closed it or repairs delayed (it will develop green algae) 4. AC break repeatedly 5. Don't be fooled! The location and apartment layout is good. The office staff, assistant manager and manager are very nice when you manage to get them on the phone or go into the office. Don't let that fool you, they lie and do not care about your issues. I'm not sure if the maintenance is so overworked or just plain lazy. Instead of fixing the frozen motor on the freezer (originally submitted 5/24, then again on 6/8) their idea is to just turn it all the way up - so all of my food was thawed and ruined by the time I got home... read more

YOU'LL REGRET MOVING IN THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS THEY ARE NEGLIGENT Dayrise has terrible and delayed communication with their tenants. EXAMPLE: After the winter storm, our water remained off for 14 days to complete the emergency maintenance repairs. When they finally came to work on our building, most people were not home (due to no water) and were not informed that they were coming. Do not waste your money and time on this place This place is filled with roaches and the office staff is horrible. I had roaches in my apartment the entire year I lived here. A couple days before I was moving out the maintenance team left my door wide open with one of my moving boxes prompting the door with the office key in the door. They are very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone moving here.

Great Management Staff The staff treated us Great and is very responsive to any issues I had. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here. During the winter freeze the staff at Sheffield was very helpful as well giving out free water and doing whatever is needed to accommodate us.
Worst than a homeless shelter Do not do it. The pictures are false advertisement. My first day the wash machine didn’t work. They didn’t believe me and didn’t fix fit one month. My back door was also broken. I actually moved to this unit because my first one was so bad that I said I wanted a brand new unit: it was not brand new: it was renovated terribly. major issues with Management. I have lived here for 6 years and without a doubt the worst management I have seen.
