We came here from Idaho, the trany started to over heat. We took it to Northside ram in summersville. It sat there for over 2 weeks. The service guy, keep giving me excuses to why the could not work on it. I finally picked it up on June 13, Sheets got it in on June 15. I called today, and it should be ready with new parts today or tomorrow. I feel that is impressive. I can only say thanks to Justin, and his crew. As far as Northside Ram. Never ever would I recommend anyone to them.
Custom ordered a 2014 RAM with all the extras. Two weeks ago we were told Dodge "had to buy it back because the wiring harness was so fried that it had to be sent back to Mexico and disassembled." Today it's for sale at the tent sale for $8,900 more than Sheets gave us for it. BUYER BEWARE! The warranty they are offering doesn't cover what they said was wrong with it (the mechanic stressed it could catch on fire with the wiring and they HAD to buy it back). We will never do business with Sheets again.

Bought my vehicle in January 2016.......first time buying a vehicle in a long time. ......Debbie Smith was wonderful........it took then a while but they came down to a price in my budget. ...thank y Debbie......would recommend to anybody
They came to our rescue when traveling from Erie, PA to Tampa, FL the week before Easter. My grandson had put the window down on my van and it wouldn't go back up. We got there at 4:00 knowing that they closed at 5:00. They got us in and although they didn't have the part they needed, they fixed the broken wire. The window went up and we were once again on the road. I can't thank you enough for saving the day.

I bought a used 2012 Ford escape from Debbie Smith who was a great sales woman,but now 2 weeks into having the vehicle it's already giving me issues starting at random times and the service dept can't figure out the problem. Nothing like not even making ur first car payment . Very disheartening!
I have bought multiple vehicles from Sheets very nice and friendly staff. Only place I will do business is Sheets!! Thanks for always taking care of me and my family!
They rush you in to sign papers and then tell you to live with the adult decision that was just made. I will never go back to that joke of a place nor will my family and friends
