Poor Service , Poor Communication ... Was told i could drop our car off early in the morning on the phone and then it's something Different When we do and you get Shewed away .. Says come back tomorrow.. been told that the 2nd time now . Ridiculous
I wouldn't even give this company one star. The dirtiest bunch of crooks I have ever dealt with. We bought a 42,000 dollar truck that had a recall on it. Called Sheets over and over and they kept saying we were on a waiting list to be fixed. Christmas Eve the thing that was supposed to be fixed by Sheets broke and the truck locked up while going 30 mph. We had all 3 of our kids in the truck. It could have ended up way worse than it did. Mrs.Morgan , Sorry that you feel like you do but we have no control over the decisions that Chrysler makes about recalls. Your recall on your vehicle had been issued in september of 2013 and so they were the ones that made the decision not Sheets. We just fix what they say we can fix under Warranty/Recalls.
My dad had his ecodiesel out there yesterday and when he got home he realized there was oil sprayed all over the inside of the engine. The next day there was oil dripping into our garage floor and when he checked the dip stick the oil level didn't even reach the minimum level. It's a wonder the truck didn't blow up on the way home.
