Personnel are very personable. Vehicle was as advertised. Facilities are nice, however, bathroom was a disaster, toilet paper and hand towels all over the floor and appeared to not have been cleaned recently. Vehicle had CEL upon first key turn, only had 10 miles of fuel so had to wait before taking for test drive, salesman should've verified that vehicle was ready to be shown as they were given plenty of time to prepare. Overall experience was average.
Nice dealership. They are very helpful buy the vehicle or not.

The replied very quickly. But the car was not available. Must have been sold. They offered other ones they had.
I contacted the dealer through CarGurus and was promptly replied to by a salesperson. I set up an appointment to view the car. The dealership was 1 1/2 hours away which I did let the salesperson know. The car was nice and available when we showed up but when we went inside to make the deal, I made an offer and was told they don't do business that way. Nowhere in the vehicle description did it say they are a no haggle/ take it or leave it dealer. They were asking $8995 and I offered $9000 on the road and out the door. The off... read more
They get you in with competitive prices and then add all their fees. 800.00 for a processing fee??? Its the same ol song and dance answer as well. They will waste your whole day. Their fees are ridiculous and meant for people who don't know any different. I wish I had read the reviews here before driving down there.

They waited a day or 2 later to get back to me. Car was sold!
Not willing to sell a car to an out of state cash buyer. Also asked if I could pay for shipping to my home and they also wouldn’t do that. Shame they had some great vehicles but were not willing to join the rest of the world with shopping online and door to door service
Went there thinking the vehicle was a good deal, then add Admin fee and the vehicle is now not worth the price. They say CPO but the vehicle’s I looked at needed carpets clean, one a/c didn’t work and one had chrome coming off rear bumper.
It was a nice place courteous salesman
