Not so good. This dealer adds multiple additional charges above and beyond the sticker price and taxes (just extra profit charges, such as delivery-on a used car, processing fee, etc.) Altogether, these extra fees added up to an extra $2,000.00 or more.

Since I live hours away, I asked "Twice" if the car was still available. They never answered, only sent me info. on another car I would not be interested. Would not bother to drive that distance based on their lack of customer interest.
I contacted the dealership a couple days prior to visiting about buying a used Jetta. I was texting one of the sales people there and the communication was pretty good on his part which I why I gave this review the two stars it has. Other than that, it was awful. I came in to the dealership and asked for the person who I was in contact with and was asked to sit and wait.
