If I could give a negative star for the Used Car division of W Springfield, I would. These guys are crooks. Do NOT do business with them-- I set up a deal with them over the phone, only for them to reneg on the deal when I entered their doors. The car was not prepared for me when I arrived (scratches, dirty, rattling noises not fixed). They lied about an addtional warranty, saying that VW would only sell the additional warranty at the signing and never after it, and lied about the value of my trade-in to squeeze an extra $10... read more
