I waited for almost 3 hours when I was supposed to be in and out for purchasing the VIP Club membership. When I got home, I realized that they didnt even do the oil change. I had to go back and wait again for "15 mins". How can they miss that I needed an oil change (overdue in fact) but told me about the other issues that my car supposed to have? hat loses your credibility. Can I get a refund for this "VIP" club?
The people were very welcoming and very accommodating to need/wants. No pressure atmosphere. Very pleased with my car buying experience. Thank you guys and girls.
I worked with Adam Edwards through my process of finding a 2018 STI. He offered me the most for my trade of anyone in the area and was extremely fair and transparent . I'm the kind of guy who does his research and knows all my numbers for dealer cost ahead of time . He offered me a price right off the bat that was inline what what I had found to be fair .
If I could give the Service Department, more specifically Arvin, TEN STARS, I would! He went above and beyond when I found myself needing to bring my vehicle in on short notice. He was so concerned about not being able to provide me a loaner, since the repairs would take some time. I continue to be impressed by the level of service that is provided by the service department and I feel that there are key employees that make me feel like 'family' and it is appreciated.
