I had a bad experience yesterday when I took my 2014 Subaru Outback in basically easycare and the Subaru tech who helped me Eddie couldn’t come to an agreement with why my caliper wasn’t working right so Eddie said I would be charged $280 to have the caliper looked at which I do not think should be my responsibility. Can’t say I’m inclined to purchase a vehicle from any Sheehy dealership. Was shopping around for 30 minutes and couldn’t even garnish the attention of any sales person. If you’re in sales, I’d like to think you’d want to make a sale. Seems like y’all aren’t hungry enough, so business must be good. Not saying I need a red carpet treatment, but some type of sales based service would’ve been nice. This rating is only based on the preliminary sales side. Can’t review on anything else.
I had a great experience the other day with Chris and Shabir and everyone on the sales team. I appreciate everyone’s help to make the process easy. This was my second car from Sheehy and I’ve been doing all my service there for about 4 years. My only issue is the Sheehy App desperately needs an update and bug fix.

I went to Sheehy to look at the new Ascent and to get the TPMS reset after putting snow tires on the car. In the service center, after cooling our heels for more than five minutes (there were no other customers in sight), we were told that it would cost $135.00 to reset the TPMS, a task that on most cars can be done with the touch of a button from inside the car.
