A few months ago, we needed a new car - and Chris LaPorte helped us find the *perfect* Crosstrek, in exactly the color/options my wife wanted. Very knowledgeable of their inventory and take the extra time to make sure the car you are looking for meets your needs. From the online team, to the customer care representatives they are true professionals and very friendly! I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle; buy a Subaru!! I have given the service department several chances to try and provide good customer service. I am writing this while standing outside waiting to have service done in which was supposed to be completed. I called to schedule my appointment, asked for a state inspection with my oil change. Went to pick it up, paid and didn't notice until I was walking to my car. I was also told my car would be vacuumed, that also didn't happen either. I'm done giving you chances and will gladly take my business elsewhere.
