My father in law recently purchased a Subaru and brought it to this car wash to clean it for the weekend. After going through the wash he noticed scratches all over the vehicle. He showed the managers the damage, but they were unwilling to compensate, or even admit to the damage done by their car wash. Prior to servicing his vehicle at this car wash, the car was in tip top condition. As I mentioned before, the car is pretty much brand new. I had a great experience at Sheehy Subaru. The staff was extremely helpful and got me into my dream car. Everyone from the Salesman, through the financial people, even the Manager made me feel warm and welcome and they gave me a great deal as well!! I would highly recommend them when you are looking for your next vehicle.
Took my car in for a free car wash. There must have been a pebble stuck in the cloth or something; the car had scratches after the wash. Accidents happen, that being said they won't fix it. Don't come here. There is no personal responsibility. Once they sell you the car, that is the end of the smiles and service.
I was taking my friends car to the wash there and some how after the wash scratches were all over the car, no clue how it happened but it happened while in the care of Sheehy Subaru and now they will take no responsibility in dealing with their mistake. very very poor service stay away
I had the most memorable experience with the entire staff from Sheehy Subaru. From sales to service and even finance, they are the pinnacle of customer satisfaction!!!! Many thanks to a dealership who keeps the customer on the forefront of everything they do!
Great people and great customer service! I bought a car from the and it couldn't have been a better experience when buying your first car! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Haggling? Didn't need to do it! The price was so great I thought I was ripping them off! Plus a car wash for after this snow was great. Left with a amazing clean car for the early spring!
