Wow, we have purchased three vehicles from here and no complaints. When things appeared to be bumpy, they listened and fixed the situation. We just went in to upgrade and the honestly told us to wait a year. The cost differential was not in or favor. Ask for Said.
The sales/finance team is great! But the service team is horrible! This is my 3rd weekend here for a "failed" inspection. I've been here for 2.5 hours so far...sad part , I was "failed" for windshield wipers. This is one of many disappointments with the service team since I got my car.I will never buy another car here.
Go see Naldo Sousa get get you into your next dream car like I did. Went in and came out with a 370Z fully loaded. I was happy I highly recommend you guys to see Naldo Sousa. He was awesome.
These people are a bunch of crooks!! They "fixed" parts that didn't need to be fixed in the first place with after market parts without consulting us about it and now that those parts don't work they want us to pay them even more so they can put in the parts we paid for the first time. Don't EVER deal with Sheehy! Of any brand!
