I want to thank Jon, Frank and the lady at the cashier window, sorry didn't get your name. We came in from 12 hours away on Friday night, woke up to head to the graduation we came in for to a flat tire. Put the spare on and found a 1 in medal piece in it. I called and spoke with Jon, had me come straight to dealership and puck up the loaner so that we could get to the graduation. Bought a car from here had a great experience for the first time ever at a car dealership. I didn't feel pressured at all, I got a good deal n every person I spoke to was kind and welcoming. I'll be sure to send all my friends n family to the team at Sheehy in Manassas and only buy from them in the future to avoid all those greasy other places that only care about money and taking advantage of people.
They lost a sale of a brand new car, by being ridiculously dishonest and inflexible. First, they bring you in the door with their BS "Nissan Versa for $9595" advertisement, only to tell you that the real "Out the door price" is nearer $13,000. That should be illegal on its face. They justify this by claiming it costs them nearly $2,000 in freight charges. That is laughable. How do I know? When my wife got up to leave, they magically knocked $1,000 off that number.
