I can’t say enough good things about this staff and location! Jessica, Gessica, and Connie were FANTASTIC. The entire process was a breeze. As someone who’s had several root canals done prior with different endodontists, I was seriously impressed. My goal is to avoid any future root canals, but if that time comes this is where I’ll be! Thanks for all yall do! 😊
Dr. Rudman at Sheats is hands-down the best endodonist I’ve ever seen. I have horrible anxiety and she made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. As soon as I walked in they turned on my favorite music and Dr. Rudman and her assistant had fun conversation during the root canal procedure, which was incredibly relaxing for me. I enjoyed my experience at Sheats Endodontic Group! The staff is friendly and helpful and the music was great too!. I didn't have any pain as a matter of fact, I fell asleep in the chair lol! lol!!!
Check in was a little rocky, but was eventually sorted out. I was INCREDIBLY nervous about the consult and possible root canal. The dentist and her assistant were able to answer all of my questions, and I appreciated how they walked me through everything they did before they did it and told me what to expect. I ended up getting the root canal that day, and I’m glad I did. It was not nearly as unpleasant as I was anticipating. I was able to semi-relax and power through and I truly enjoyed the dentist and the assistant chit ch... read more
