We have had fairly good experiences here, the electricity and bills are a lot more than you would expect, so keep that in mind. The concierge is always friendly and helpful. NOISE BEWARE! They are renovating units and give you no warning that a crew will be practically chipping a passage to china above your apartment- FOR WEEKS! I've lived here for about 6 years now and it's been a wonderful experience. The staff are constantly on top of things and concerns are immediately taken care of. The apartment is comfortable, and larger than the competition in New Rochelle (that's a huge plus!). But one of the biggest reasons I've loved it here is the "family" or community-like environment. She was absolutely amazing —I called last Friday an hour before closing asking if I could come view a unit last minute , even tho I was almost an hour away she was super pleasant and not only took her time to show me around the property and amenities but was happy doing so !!!
