I’m in my apartment listening to what sounds like sounds like a jackhammer in my ceiling coming from maintenance at 8am. Completely unacceptable, I can’t even stay in the apartment with this sound it is unbelievably loud. I’ve been in 2 different apartments and it has happened for months at a time in both. I have never heard anything like this from any other building and I’ve worked concierge in half the buildings in New Rochelle. There are better options.
From what I saw everything was beautiful awesome intact I'm ready to move in ASAP everyone was very pleasant and nice n and courteous thank you
Avoid Shearwood: "Modernized" Elevators Are a Dangerous Failure I have lived at Shearwood for 2.5 years, and the situation has become completely unacceptable. For nearly two years, we endured an "elevator modernization project" that was supposed to fix frequent breakdowns.
