Very nice scalp massage during the hair wash. It was easy to book the appointment online and I got many reminders. Taylor was very methodical and kept checking that I was happy with the cut.

I asked for a half head of foils. My stylist was great I was happy initially after the appointment, once getting home I noticed the harsh lines and lack of blending, I wanted to give the stylist a chance to fix it so I messaged her and she got back to me the next day saying I could come in!
