Booked because I had a pleasant experience with Toshiba in the past. I booked back in October for Jan 11th at 9 am and received a call Thursday Jan 8th in the evening asking to do the style Friday (I work) or Sunday at 2 pm. I chose 2 even though it was a bit late and asked if she could complete the style that day. She said she could. Arrived and waited 20 minutes.
