Horrible service! My husband has a neck & back brace that was made for him that they put on him while he was in the hospital. He is on Medicaid, and is off work until God knows when due to his accident. A couple pieces fell off his brace, and they made him wait to put a couple pieces on, and then informed us they couldn't bill his insurance that we haft to pay for Parts, and labor! Needed replacement parts and pads for my husband's Miami J neck brace. We called and the receptionist told us to stop by. We arrived 30 mins later, and we were taken to a room. The Dr. came in and immediately figured out what we needed and took care of us in a very timely manner. We will remember the excellent customer service we received. If we ever need this type of assistance again, we know where to go. Thank you for your kindness!
