we will never return! my husband was given an incorrect script that Walmart then made sunglasses from. he couldn't see out of them! come to find out after going somewhere else he was given the wrong script! they won't make it right! not only is he out the exam but has sunglasses that he can't see out of! Shawnee Optical is a joke don't go there! they cost us over 250.00 and not even an apology!!

THEY NEED TO CORRECT THERE HOURS!!!! I WENT TO THE ONE ON ALLENTOWN AT 5:20 ONE OF THE GIRLS LOCKED HE DOORS AS I WAS WALKING UP! THE SIGN SAID 5:30!!! I WAS PISSED!!! SO I CALLED AND WHAT DID THEY DO THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF!!!! COULD AT LEAST CAME OUT AND SAID HEY WERE CLOSING WHAT DO YOU NEED OR SOMETHING!!! I PAID OVER 500 FOR MY DAMN GLASSES!!! I BET I COULD GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND PAY LESS AND GET BETTER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
It took me months to get in with them BC they cancelled 3 of my sons appointments. After the 3rd time I let them know I was NOT happy with their business and the lady on the phone pretty much acted as if it was no big deal or no loss that I was taking my business elsewhere. She did nothing to keep me from going somewhere else and keep my business. We finally got in and the staff was not friendly at all. No smiling, communication was at a minimum.
