These people as I sat in the office talked about me because THEY messed up my insurance but they are saying I told them a different insurance. Like why the hell would I do that. So unprofessional.
Very rude. Was no help whatsoever. Going elsewhere. One star!
I went to the one on Allentown Rd and had a prescription faxed to them. They took my insurance. I decked to cancel the order and they then refused to give me my prescription even though it was wit another optometrist. They were rude from the beginning. I was going to start going to them but refuse to now. Avoid them.
The receptionist and other ladies working there are competent and always friendly. The doctor however was the rudest doctor I have ever had. I am rethinking whether to return.
This place is a joke can't find my file it'll be 6 weeks for contact lenses well 6 weeks up we need maybe another week or two gtfoh. Poor excuse for a company.
Always helpful and I really like the glasses.
