Horrible bedside manner- rough, indifferent and condescending. I am not sure how she is even allowed to practice. Too Easy to schedule an appointment with her probably because everyone else is cancelling with her. I am very sorry I scheduled with her.
I went in for a routine procedure that began 2.5 hours late. I understand that emergencies happen, and it may be out their control, but I was treated more like a nuisance than a patient. I had to prep the day before without eating so an extra 2.5 hours was horrible and they were not compassionate or caring. It was completely rushed. I have always had good experiences with Mon General Hospital and have even recommended it to friends. I will never go back there after today’s experience.
She knows her stuff and very professional. I will see her from here on out.

My first visit with Dr. Grimm was in the Fall and this was a follow up, however there must have been lack of communication , on my part perhaps? Dr. Grimm wasn't available to me and had left to see patients at the hospital. Sharon the ultra sound tech apologized and did call Dr. Grimm to give her a report on the findings today. Sharon was very pleasant, warm, professional and made me feel very comfortable during my entire visit. My first visit with Dr. Grimm was good as well.
