From the time we entered OrthoIllinois we were greeted by knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient Staff. Once meeting with Dr. Palmer, he answered every question and gave us solutions to each of my concerns. I was put at ease and have no hesitations about proceeding with my hip surgery. So happy and grateful we found him and looking forward to getting my life back. I would highly recommend him.
After fiddling around waiting for another doctor who didn’t seem to mind the pain I was in, I finally went with opinions of several friends and booked in person with dr. Palmer. Now I will get the care I need. He’s efficient, fantastic, optimistic, professional, confident, warm and friendly. His nurse Lori is super! I expect to get both knees done and look forward to when it’s over.
Had my 1 year follow up 8/29/23! Great visit everything looked great, then had a lengthy conversation about What I can do, and what I can still do with a little caution!I can’t say enough about Dr. Palmer, his staff and OrthoIllinois! Very professionally run with a heavy dose of compassion and empathy! If i ever need a knee or back issues these are my people!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Palmer for anyone who needs a hip replacement. He listened and answered all my questions and is a wonderful surgeon. Will go back to him if I ever need the other hip or knee surgery in the future.

Dr. Palmer listens! He explains in language that can be understood. He takes his time and doesn't rush through an appointment. He is knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. He did both of my hip replacements. He is the best!
Dr. Palmer and staff listen and do not rush the appointment. They made sure the process before and after surgery was seamless. They work with patients who come from out of town to make it as easy as possible. I am so happy with the surgery. It's amazing how little pain there was and how quick the recovery!
