Nothing but praise for the staff and the facility. From check-in to check-out the staff were amazing. The facility itself was also very impressive.

Outstanding facility Competent friendly registration staff
Dr Palmer explained the need for hip replacement surgery . I felt instant trust in his skill as a surgeon and his care as a human being. His nurses and all the staff were efficientnd caring as well. This was my first visit, but am looking forward to the surgery!
Not only Dr. Palmer, but his assistants (Shannon and Lori) are outstanding!!! Highly recommend OrthoIllinois.

Was very pleasant asked questions seemed professional. His staff was also pleasant and professional. Received a cortisone shot. Hope it works too soon to tell.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the check in & wait time was. Staff was friendly and easy to talk. Given first time visit w/ MD, not ready to give him 5 stars... He was friendly, listened to what my concerns were and talked abt what could happen with or without having my knee replaced. Once procedure completed, I can update my review.
