Dr. Palmer and staff were very friendly & professional for my very first visit.
The visit was short and to the point. I was referred to have PT, and there wasn’t a discussion if I needed a follow up visit. I’m guessing the PT will make more of a decision as to what to do next if anything!
I didn’t see Dr. Palmer today but saw his P. A. Donald. Besides being very warm and concerned, Donald answered all of my questions in easy- to-understand language and thoroughly explained what to expect throughout my remaining healing process.
The follow up was clear and confirmed that I am on the right track for full recovery.
Traveled a long distance here to get information for my hip replacement. Each person I met in his office was receptive and showed genuine interest in me. Dr. Palmer showed empathy and explained thoroughly what to expect. I left feeling much better prepared for this major surgery. I cannot wait to get it done.
My daughter sprained her ankle after jumping over a hurdle in track, and he knew exactly what to do and say. He was very knowledgeable about all sports and gave us the forms we needed for school and coaches. I highly recommend him to anyone.
I had my hip replaced about a year ago. I saw Dr Shawn Palmer once a couple of days after my surgery and was stunned when he said I looked good and that there was no need to come back. I saw no other provider in the clinic. I wonder if my recovery would have been different if I had seen more than once. I wonder if he just wanted to see more patients and I was not a priority. This was not what I would expect from this type of surgery or a surgeon. I would not recommend for this reason.
Dr. Palmer is an excellent physician and surgeon. So knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and caring. Can’t say enough good things about him and his practice. All top notch. His passion is for his patients’ health and well being. And his motivations are in the right place, which is extremely difficult to find these days.
Dr.Morawski and his staff go above and beyond in empathy, kindness and latest information about your progress. Trust them all implicitly.
