Not only Dr. Palmer, but his assistants (Shannon and Lori) are outstanding!!! Highly recommend OrthoIllinois.

Was very pleasant asked questions seemed professional. His staff was also pleasant and professional. Received a cortisone shot. Hope it works too soon to tell.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the check in & wait time was. Staff was friendly and easy to talk. Given first time visit w/ MD, not ready to give him 5 stars... He was friendly, listened to what my concerns were and talked abt what could happen with or without having my knee replaced. Once procedure completed, I can update my review.
Dr Palmer is very patient and explains everything to you. One of the nicest Doctor I have met.
I would rate Dr Palmer an eleven ! He is very through, answers any questions and has great advice ! My husband has had both hips replaced by Dr Palmer- absolutely no issues. I've had many friends use him as well for hips and knees. Highly recommend !
