Shawn did a good job for only having 1 year of experience. He returned phone calls promptly which is good when you are selling a home. I would recommend Shawn to others as he will be really strong in the coming years with some more experience under his belt. Overall good job.

My husband and I just purchased our first home. We only had one other realtor before Shawn and her name was Lisa Morgan from Century 21. She was absolutely horrible. She didn't try to find us a home and the ones she did recommend were ones we told her over and over we couldn't live in (we needed a 3 bedroom because of our kids and she kept only recommending 2 bedrooms). Shawn, was an absolute joy to work with! His knowledge of the local area, attention to detail, and timeliness throughout the entire process made my buying experience enjoyable. I would STRONGLY recommend that if you are moving into the Enid area (especially military) that you allow Shawn the opportunity to help ease your home buying experience.

Shawn was very responsive to our needs. He was courteous, knowledgeable and always available upon reqest. He immediately sent us a list of available houses on the market in our price range, and when we were ready for viewing the homes he was always ready and willing to show and help us out at our convenience. Shawn was always friendly and prompt at each appointment. Glenn and I were very pleased with Shawn and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. Thanks Shawn!

Shawn learned some things as the process went along, like how important it is to get everything in writing and not to trust someone his seller is buying from by just their word. I'm confident that through this learning process, he won't have that issue again. Shawn was friendly, pleasant, easy to reach, I could reach him via texting which makes it easier for a busy person, and Shawn was always able to work around our schedule & took care of things I needed him to tend to.

Shawn was very helpful with my househunting. He was always on time and had good information on the house. He is an excellent realtor, always doing his best to make you happy. He even helped me find an inspector and an electrician.

I met Shawn at his open house. He is a new realtor and is profession, friendly, and was very helpful. He showed me homes that were in my price range & details that I wanted. I have not purchased a home yet but Shawn is keeping me updated on new listings. With experience and more time, I feel he will become a very productive & expert realtor.
