Shawn was really easy to work with and was very helpful finding information for us about the area. Shawn had already sold one home for us, so when it was time to sell another, I called Shawn. I live in another city and Shawn handled all needed repairs with quality contractors to meet the inspection requirements. He dealt with all matters promptly and kept me well informed.
