My friend recommended him since I didn’t know anyone else and I’m glad she did. It was a pleasure working with Shawn. He was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I would recommend him to anyone going and looking for a realtor. I would definitely use him again.

This guy is the best! We are military moving from overseas back stateside. He was our eyes and ears. As we purchased our home without ever stepping foot in it! We couldn't have had a better realtor or home buying experience! He went above and beyond on multiple occasions. He's not just in it for the money. Shawn is great! We found several homes outside of the Enid area, Shawn had no issues showing all of them to us! The house we found he had to work double time to negotiate with the seller. He was up front, honest, took responsibility and a lot of effort to accomplish the best for us and our needs. Even after the closing he is still helping us with some unknown issues that arose after we closed. Shawn is a really nice person who cares about you!

My home had been on the market for several months when Shawn took over the listing. As soon as he stepped in we started to get buyers through the door and got it sold in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Shawn Szymanski for either listing or helping you find that perfect home. We listed out home with Shawn on July 17th, 2018 & it went under contract on August 4th, 2018 & we closed on September 7th, 2018. Shawn Szymanski is an amazing realtor! He is very responsive and knowledgeable about the housing market. He made sure I asked for all of the right things when making an offer and communicated with me throughout the process. Shawn worked really hard to get me the home of my dreams and was never too busy to work with me day in and day out until I found a home I loved and believe me, we looked at everything on the market in my price range. We told Shawn what we wanted in our dream home and he literally found it 12 hours later on his day off and called us. We put in an offer immediately.
