Shawn is a great realtor. He was very responsive, helped me view a property that wasn't even on the market yet. He got all my inspections set up and took care of all the things he could. In the past I have had realtors drop the ball or out their responsibilities on me. That won't happen with Shawn he will take you from A-Z and never leave you in the dark. the mans great,,and i consider him a friend..he helped me to find a very nice home,,and keeped interest in the processes it took,,he is a very focused ,,i dont think i could of found a better person to help me,,,pretty good fella glad i met him.

The best realtor I have ever dealt with, not pushy, understood my wants and needs. Made the whole buying situation a piece of cake. Shawn could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves.

The holidays delayed several things beyond Shawn's control. Over all it was a nice experience. I would recommend him if looking for an agent to buy or sell a home. He is very helpful and professional.

We were impressed with how hard Shawn worked to sell our father's house, though he knew it would be difficult. He was diligent throughout the process, and he stuck with us to the very end. He negotiated for a fair price, and he did an excellent job of tying up all the loose ends. We highly recommend him.

After looking for almost a year, we finally found a house we wanted and began the buying process. Shawn had stuck though everything with us and was always very prompt at returning calls or texting me right back. He was always willing to work with our crazy schedule and show late in the day or on weekends. He is new to the realtor game but is doing great and has a great team backing him up. If he doesn't know the answer he will find out.
