This was my first home buying experience and I’m so grateful to have had Tara Maxwell as my agent. The housing market was a nightmare and I had to place multiple offers before having one accepted. Tara was quick to set up walk throughs (we saw at least 30 houses) and to get my offers in quickly. She talked me through my options and even made sure I really thought through my financial limits when I suddenly increased my budget. Beyond that Tara was constantly professional, always available, and every professional she referred... read more

Stephanie listed our home for sale and ushered us through the sale process. She and her team were highly professional and responsive throughout. A real pleasure to work with.

Very professional and dedicated to her clients. A pleasure to have her working with us for the purchase of our home. She explained every step of the process to make it easier to understand.

Stephanie is a true gem in the industry. She really listens to your wants and needs. She doesn't miss a beat. She has an eye for detail and is quick to point something out. She goes above and beyond for her clients. We have bought two homes with her now and sold one. The process was a breeze and pretty much stress free. If you are looking to buy or sell this is your gal. It's like working with family or a life long friend. You won't regret it, I promise.

Tara was amazing! She always answers her phone, has extreme patience in the most difficult situations, and even goes beyond her duties to help you resolve issues she has no obligation to. She is very knowledgeable, personable, and makes sacrifices to help you get what you want. I recommend her to anyone and everyone. She genuinely cares, and you'll realize that almost instantly.

I highly recommend Stephanie if you are looking to sell your home. Her service was excellent. She guided me flawlessly through the process and we sold our home for more than I expected. Her dedication, clear communication, and commitment to us was outstanding! Did I mention she did all of this while we are on the other side of the country. I was ready for a stressful time and Stephanie really made the whole thing easy. If I ever need a Realtor again in eastern Washington she will be the first person I call. You won't regret ... read more

Stephanie goes above and beyond! We have worked with realtors in the past and none of them compare to the outstanding customer service that Stephanie has to offer. She made selling and buying our house very easy. There is not enough words I can say to express how great she is at her job!

We were put in touch with Stephanie by the agent who sold our house in San Diego and we are so glad he did. From the first meeting we were impressed by Stephanie’s professionalism, knowledge, and personality. She was easy to work with and always made sure that we had complete and accurate information. Being new to the PNW, we very much appreciated that Stephanie asked the questions we didn’t know to ask and checked for issues we didn’t know to look for. She always had our back. Her communication was always timely and thoroug... read more
