Wow. Wow. Wow. My realtor, Stephanie, is a beast! Upfront. Straightforward. To the point realtor. From the first day we met until closing day, she was about business. She made my home selling experience a great one, painless and worry free. She checked in daily with updates on showings and the housing market in general. Her network is large. She was very helpful explaining the process of buying a home and which homes to look at for sale that were within our price range. She always kept us updated on which houses were up and coming for viewings or open houses. She gave us her honest opinion on the houses that we looked at. Peter Gregory did an amazing job when it came to listing our home. It sold in 26 hours if that tells you anything. He has contacts for everything associated when preparing to list your home. His knowledge of value, staging, what to replace, photograph and listing description was everything to do with how quickly our home sold. He was always on top of every aspect of the sale and left nothing to question. Super responsive and always polite no matter how stressful the situation got. Amazing guy.
