Stephanie is incredible, I mean it when I say you should not use anyone else to buy or sell with. When I bought my first home 8 years ago, the process was confusing, my agent was too busy to be present at showings, and I didn't feel like I fully understood everything going on. Stephanie is the absolute best! She helped us with our first home purchase a few years ago, and again now with our sale and new purchase. Tara was fantastic! We had struggled with two previous agents, including one who refused to write an offer for us. We agreed to work with Tara and we are so grateful that we did. She knew the areas of town where we wanted to live, she knew the laws, like who pays for inspections, how long we have to review the HOA documents, and many others, she was always on time, and she was tenacious during negotiations, refusing to take no for an answer and calling the other agent repeatedly to find out what was needed to close the deal.... read more
