Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with. From getting to meet our family at the beginning to helping us with a delivery issue after we left, Stephanie was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She struck a great balance between giving us information and advice and empowering us to make our own decisions. No question was too small or stupid, as she understands small things can become major stressors. Highly recommended!
Tara was very responsive to every request and question when buying a property from out of town. She always answered questions within minutes usually. She was very compassionate dealing with seniors trying to move closer to children in an unfamiliar area. I would highly recommend her and thoroughly enjoyed the Southern hospitality since we were coming from a different part of the country.
This is the second property Stephanie has sold for us. We live in another state, but needed to sell a house in Washington that we hadn't lived in for 20 years.
