Nancy is very approachable and prompt. I could reach her anytime of the day. She was able to give good feedback for timely offer, we were able to outbid 4 other offers and closed the house on the date she promised us, which was less than a month. Very impressed with working with her.

From the first time I talked to her she was immediately upbeat to help me sell my property. She is a fountain of knowledge and happy person. She knows the process of selling and the paperwork that goes with it. Due to some problems I had with my property she came up with several options for me to consider. I was entirely happy with Stephanie's options and chose the one that benefitted me and my situation. I highly recommend her for anyone that wants to either buy or sell property.

Stephanie and her team are awesome! Quick responses (texting too!), great communication, made sure we understood the process, and ensures our end of putting in an offer was done quickly (even with negotiations). Stephanie helped us sell our last home and we sought her out to help us purchase again a year later. We definitely recommend Stephanie!

Stephanie went above and beyond! We were not local for our sale, and she took care of everything. I really do mean everything for us, from turning the house over from current renters, having the house cleaned, minor repair work, to having the driveway cleaned. I truly can't say enough great things about her. We have sold multiple homes now, she was truly the best agent we have ever dealt with. We would choose her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend working with her!

Stephanie was nothing short of amazing! She was professional and personable. As an active duty service member I was stationed across the country and Stephanie made our house hunting smooth and stress free. As a first time home buyer she provided so much knowledge and guidance.
