Stephanie was great to work with buying my first home. She has a detailed knowledge of the Tacoma market and was extremely helpful every step of the way. She is extremely responsive and works unnecessarily late into the evening. Touring homes with her is educational, and she is adept at pointing out pros and cons of every home that I would not have considered. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home in this area.

Nancy was unique in several ways. First, I've always thought realtors were overpaid but Nancy is not - she was knowledgable, took extreme amounts of time to understand what I liked and didn't, and never rushed me. She worked me through the process since I'm a single male whose not purchased a home in 14 years. There were a lot to understand about the process. Stephanie was amazing!! She was professional, caring, knowledgeable, communicative, quick to fix any problem that may arise. Out of 4 realtors we interviewed she was the only one who thought we could sell our house for more than what we thought and she was right!! We ended up selling over asking and had offers the first day! I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is a great realtor!!
