We found Stephanie from an online referral site and she was the second person to call me and seemed so genuine and knowledgeable so I went with her instead. We put an offer on 3 different houses and Stephanie was so responsive. Even on her family vacation she was putting in offers for us. She's devoted to get work and you feel that she certainly cares about getting you into the house you should be in. Highly recommend her!

Carrie was great. She walked us through the entire process. She new exactly what it would take to get our offer to be picked by seller and then walked us through everything else to be done. She fought for us and in the end she changed our lives. We owe her more than we can repay. If I or anybody I know ever need an agent she's the only one I would call. Stephanie helped us sell two rental properties in the span of two months. She did a fantastic job of helping to identify needed repairs and hooking us up with great contractors to do the work efficiently and affordably. Stephanie is honest, hard working, and very forthcoming with her knowledge. She is also excellent at following through to ensure that the deal is made and then closes on time as expected. We had a few issues with the escrow office, but Stephanie helped to get those resolved quickly too. Thanks Stephanie!!

Stephanie is a fantastic, optimistic, wonderful realtor! She took care of everything we needed for our move to Washington. We moved from Alabama and bought our house while it was still being built.
