Shaun was a great agent. He started working on the house long before he listed the house for sale. He put me in contact with the people needed to prep the house for sale, walked me through the repairs, made sure the house was in tip top shape before publicly listing. He made sure each inquiry was handled professionally and ended up having the house under contract very quickly. The house was sold before I knew it and at the target price I hoped to sell. I highly recommend Shaun for all real estate needs.
