The office waited one day prior to a scheduled appt to cancel, stating the insurance did not cover the initial visit, when i stated i could pay the 250 dollar fee, i was left on hold over 30 mins, called several more times only to be left on hold again, in return my patient had to suffer by waiting to be referred to another doctor, the service I received is horrible and I would not suggest this establishment to anyone, bad customer service sets the tone.

I've called several times to try to send medical record information regarding a patient, and have been placed on hold for over half an hour, and have yet to actually get through to anyone. As a doctor calling from a busy office, I would expect more professional reception. Very difficult to work with this office, they definitely need to invest in better front office staffing.

Very unfriendly receptionist! She should not work with people in a medical office!!! Makes no effort to help people! Only interested in collecting the copays, and no thank you at all!!

I visited Dr Chandra's office back in October, my overall experience was okay....not great but okay. My complaint and 2 star rating falls on the receptionist whom name I don't know(female recep and the daley of my owed money. Back in October when I cisited the office I was charged $100 although I have 100%medical coverage. I was told that when the bill was closed and the insurance paid if owed they would reimburse me. Poor office management. Difficult to schedule an appointment. Healthcare should be taken seriously!
