The Koobideh and Vaziri were very simple, served with low-quality rice. Price-wise, it was extremely expensive. For Koobideh of this quality, the standard price should be around $17–$18. Even with a premium downtown adjustment, $19 would be reasonable. Not $24 for koobideh !!!!!! Koobideh is one of the simplest dishes with virtually no hidden costs for equipment or maintenance.
