Got to Chattanooga, 700 miles from home, to find a bald tire. Called up this shop and they got me in and fixed up in less than 20 minutes. Hard working and very friendly. Great price on the tire too.

Awful cx service was traveling from Cleveland TN with tire that was rapidly losing air so I decided to cal this supposed reputable tire company from the Google review but unfortunately due to me not being a mechanic or just not able to per se look up a tire size since I was driving with a tire rapidly losing air and the representative could tell me to call back when I know the tire size! Best tire shop around. By far!!!
I got two new tires put on here and they were super friendly and really quick about putting on my tires for me. Owner of Happy Hemps Farmacy sent me there and it was a great help I already had one tire that blew on me so I was driving around ona donut so thank you Shipley tires and thank you Happy Hemps for all the help. 10/10 recommend will most definitely come back😁😁
